Lise Cornillier
Lawyer - Paris Bar, Partner
My job is about having ideas that work
Lise Cornillier is the founding lawyer of Cornillier Avocats and has a dual background in psychology and law. After being admitted to the Paris Bar, she decided to set up her own firm, which has grown and developed over the years as the sectors in which the firm operates have evolved.
Lise has recognised expertise in employment law, restructuring and mergers/acquisitions. Closely involved in her clients’ strategic projects, Lise advises corporate governance and executives and works with executive committees and general management. Lise also advises professional organisations in various business sectors.
A pioneer in legal advice to SSE players, Lise has been working for nearly 30 years with the associative, medico-social and health sector to assist them in structuring their activities by integrating the economic and financial dimension.
As a hands-on lawyer, she likes to work upstream of difficulties. In order to find innovative legal solutions adapted to the specific issues at stake, Lise works hand in hand with her clients and assists them throughout the entire process, from strategic planning to decision making.
Within the firm, Lise is careful to cultivate cross-disciplinary expertise, enabling her to provide Cornillier Avocats’ clients with all the legal skills required for a transaction.
